The $150 million investment benefited from strong investments and our trust-based business relationship with AB InBev. CANPACK is the first Colombian product to offer 330ml or 355ml standard can sizes for the local market, but also 269ml and 473ml cans in special specifications. The new plant, covering an area of about 75000 m2, has an annual production capacity of more than 1.3 billion cans and is likely to be increased to 1.9 billion cans according to business needs. Colombia will be the main exporter, but cans produced by the Tocancipa plant will also be exported to neighbouring countries.
