Invitation to Open bidding for Zinc concentrate sales in 2019

Dear customers:

We intend to make an open bid for the sale of zinc concentrate in Mongolia (bidding No. GKJJ19SM-003) and sincerely invite you to come and participate. Details of the bidding are as follows:

Sponsor

The sponsor of this project is China Railway Resources Group Trading Co., Ltd.

Bidding content

The zinc concentrate is about 3000 wet tons, of which the zinc content is about 45%. The final distribution volume is determined by the seller on the basis of the bidding results.

Bidder qualification requirements

4.1 the license is complete and has the independent legal person status of the enterprise.

4.2 should have good bank credit and commercial reputation, have not been ordered to suspend business, asset restructuring or bankruptcy, property has not been taken over, frozen.

4.3 there is no question of winning the bid by fraud or serious breach of contract in the relevant bidding or bidding, bidding and contract performance.

4.4 bidders shall have one of the following capabilities:

4.4.1 smelting and processing capacity of zinc concentrate, with its own processing site and related equipment;

4.4.2 engaged in zinc concentrate trade for a long time, has a good cooperative relationship with smelting and processing enterprises, has sufficient economic strength, and the turnover of similar products in the past three years is not less than 100 million yuan per year.

Composition of bidding documents

5.1 the bidder shall fill in the complete quotation form with the signature and seal of the processing fee, valuation coefficient and other information.

5.2 the corresponding business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, audit report for the past three years or other information that can truly reflect the operating status of the enterprise, such as balance sheet, profit statement, bank flow, etc.

5.3 processing enterprises shall provide information on processing sites, processing equipment and annual proof of processing capacity; trading enterprises shall provide copies of procurement contracts for similar products for nearly three years, and the total amount of contracts shall not be less than 100 million yuan / year.

Acquisition of bidding documents

An invitation to bid will be sent to the bidder on 20 November 2019, and the bidder will be required to email the Application for Open bidding attached below (see annex, be sure to sign and affix the official seal of the company) to the sponsor's contact mailbox (color scan will be available) by 12:00 on 22 November 2019. This bid will receive RMB 100000 yuan in good faith, and the bidders who fail to bid and succeed in bidding will return the sincere gold within 5 working days after the final list is determined. after the successful bidding, the bidder will not sign the contract and will deduct its sincere gold. In order to facilitate bidders to participate in the bidding in a timely manner, bidders are required to remit money to the following account and note the bid sincerity and the name of the company before 11:00 on November 22, 2019.

This bid will only accept the electronic bid response document. Upon completion of the bid response document, the electronic scan will be sent to the sponsor's dedicated email address caixiaogk@crrtrading.com, by 12:00 on November 27, 2019. Overdue will be considered invalid.

Opening and Evaluation of bidding response documents
