Upon completion, it will process 12,500 tonnes of spent lithium battery packs and 6,000 tonnes of waste electrode sheets annually, producing intermediate materials such as black mass and copper-aluminum granules for downstream material smelting enterprises. The project entity was established in December 2025, with business scope covering resource recycling technology R&D, electronic specialty materials manufacturing, and battery manufacturing and sales.

With a total investment of CNY 30 million, the project will construct three production lines — spent lithium battery processing, cathode sheet processing, and anode sheet processing — achieving an annual processing capacity of 10,000 tonnes of spent lithium batteries and 20,000 tonnes of electrode sheets upon completion. The project entity was established in May 2025; its parent company is Anhui Haichuang Circular Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Conch Venture Holdings, which is expanding its spent lithium battery recycling operations nationwide.
