SHANGHAI, Nov 11 (SMM) – Social inventories of refined zinc across Shanghai, Tianjin and Guangdong declined 1,100 mt from November 8 to stand at 140,400 mt as of November 11, SMM data showed.
Inventories in Shanghai were 2,200 mt lower and that in Guangdong 1,500 mt lower from last Friday, as reduced futures prices improved downstream procurement while a moderate amount of cargoes entered warehouses.
However, greater arrivals and weak purchases grew stocks in Tianjin by 2,500 mt over the weekend.
