SHANGHAI, Oct 24 (SMM) – China’s top steelmaking hub of Tangshan will stop implementing level II anti-smog measures from late Thursday.
This came after Linfen, Shanxi province, lifted a second-level smog alert in the morning.
Heavy industries across the city will continue to operate in accordance with the city’s smog control plan for October.
Tangshan issued the second-level smog alert last Tuesday October 15.
