SMM October 24: today's metal silicon price stability, southwest silicon factory is about to reduce production quotation rose, downstream and traders fear high sentiment obviously weakened, transaction slightly deadlocked. Some silicon plants in Xinjiang overhaul idle capacity before entering winter and plan to increase production from late October to early November. This increase slightly complements the supply gap caused by the early production reduction in Sichuan and Yunnan, but the overall supply of silicon metal still shows a downward trend in November.
