Shandong Fengyuan Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, plans to implement a 10, 000-ton lithium-ion battery high-nickel ternary material project, with a total investment of about 585 million yuan, according to the Fengyuan joint-stock announcement on October 20.

SMM10, October 21: on October 20, Fengyuan Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, plans to implement a 10, 000-ton lithium-ion battery high-nickel ternary material project, with a total investment of about 585 million yuan, according to the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shandong Fengyuan Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Fengyuan Lithium Energy West Factory area construction, the workshop area of about 30,000 square meters, the total construction period of about 24 months. After the completion of the project, according to the current market situation, it is estimated that the average annual sales income is about 2 billion yuan, and the net profit is about 200 million yuan.

Fengyuan said that the proposed high-nickel ternary material project can better meet the market demand, is an important measure for the company to continue to promote the strategic development goal of new energy. The implementation of the project will greatly enhance the total production capacity of the company's ternary materials, help to form the scale effect of high-nickel ternary materials products, further optimize the company's industrial product structure, and enhance the competitiveness of the product market; if all the projects can be implemented smoothly and put into operation, the total production capacity of the company's ternary materials will reach 15000 tons / year, which will have a positive impact on the company's operating performance.

Fengyuan shareholders are mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of oxalic acid products and lithium battery cathode materials. Oxalic acid is mainly used in pharmacy, rare earth, fine chemical industry, textile printing and dyeing, cleaning and other traditional fields and MLCC, electronic ceramics, cobalt salt, magnetic materials, mining in non-rare earth mines and other emerging fields. Lithium battery cathode materials are mainly used in power batteries, energy storage and 3C digital electronic products and other fields.
