Recently, Leshan City, Sichuan Province carried out the work of rectifying the order of the rare earth industry. The Economic Information Bureau of Leshan City, Sichuan Province, together with the Economic Information Bureau of Wutongqiao District, held a meeting on rectifying the order of the rare earth industry in Wutongqiao District. Leshan Sheng and rare Earth Co., Ltd., Sichuan Leshan Ruifeng Metallurgical Co., Ltd. The meeting stressed that it is necessary to conscientiously implement the requirements of the state, provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions on the rectification of the rare earth industry, organize production in accordance with the law in strict accordance with the targets of the mandatory production plan, and on the basis of the previous order to stop production and rectification, enterprises must obtain the second batch of mandatory production plan targets for rare earths in 2019 before they can resume production.

Today, the price of rare earth products is all the same, praseodymium and neodymium oxide quoted 31.2-317000 yuan / ton, dysprosium oxide 175-1.78 million yuan / ton, terbium oxide 377-3.8 million yuan / ton. Upstream businesses affected by the news side of the future praseodymium and neodymium oxide prices continue to rise confidence has been boosted, but downstream businesses have not improved today wait-and-see mood is still strong, praseodymium neodymium oxide and dysprosium oxide and terbium oxide transactions remained generally weak today.
