New observation of waste plastics: Reno deep ploughing and recycling PET industry for many years, when and under what background began to consider expanding the production line to the recovery and recycling of multi-variety waste plastics?

Hong Lutian: with the development of economy and the improvement of living standards, people consume more and more plastic products, which aggravates the pollution of plastic waste. In fact, the discussion on "plastic recycling" has never stopped. Some large enterprises have begun to act, and the realization of plastic circular economy has gradually become a development trend.

We Reno company has also been at the forefront of the plastic recycling industry, always adhere to the sustainable development strategy, strive to achieve closed-loop recycling of plastics, to create Reno to become a trusted supplier of environmentally friendly plastics, to the world a beautiful commitment!

In 2017, before the state banned the import of waste plastics, the company mainly processed PET, and now still occupies a certain share of the company's operation. After the national "ban on waste", the company has transformed into environmentally friendly recycled plastics. PC, PE, PS, ABS, alloy and other modified products have become the mainstream products of the company because of the great market demand.

New observation of waste plastics: with the continuous improvement of people's recognition for the development of circular economy, the market demand for high-quality recycled plastics is also increasing. What has Reno done to ensure the production of high-quality recycled plastics.

Hong Lutian: Reno has 8 NIR automatic sorting production lines introduced from abroad, 12 crushing and cleaning lines, 2 large-scale advanced electrostatic separation production lines, 5 color separators, 16 single-and twin-screw modified granulator; among them, independent granulation workshop (20000m ), cleaning and sorting workshop (35000m ), warehouse (35000m ), the company covers a total area of about 300 mu.

We can carry out one-stop treatment of all kinds of waste plastics, pre-crushing, cleaning, sorting and later modified granulation deep processing, product research and development and material modification have unique technology, the stability of product quality has a good guarantee, the comprehensive annual production capacity can reach 210000 tons.

We have senior professionals, advanced equipment, perfect testing equipment and QC process control and so on. The company has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 certification, is a "clean production enterprise" and in line with the "waste plastic comprehensive utilization industry standard conditions" enterprise. According to the needs of customers to produce different types of products, we can make the quality of raw materials very close to the standard of original new materials.

New observation of waste plastic: under environmental protection and high pressure, how does Reno treat waste water and waste gas in the production process so as to achieve zero discharge of sewage?

Hong Lutian: environmental protection is not only the basic national policy, but also the purport of the company's operation. We have the most advanced SPR sewage regeneration and reuse system, covering an area of 1100 square meters and 4800 cubic meters of treated water per day. The production sewage is collected for treatment, purification and recycling, and the green enterprise goal of "saving water and reducing consumption, recycling and increasing efficiency" has been realized.

The company has also installed professional waste gas treatment equipment, through the circulating spray tower process, UV photolysis, plasma ionization cracking, activated carbon adsorption after high altitude emissions, emissions in line with the national (GB16297-1996) emission standards.

New observation of waste plastics: after the "ban on waste" reform, the import of waste plastics from abroad does not come in, how can Lino ensure the adequacy of the supply? What are the challenges? What is the impact of the implementation of waste sorting policy on enterprises?

Hong Lutian: the traditional purchasing mode of raw materials can not meet the production needs of the company in the recycling market, so we work closely with qualified large-scale dismantling companies and recycling base enterprises upstream and downstream. In the production process, the classification of materials is a prominent problem, which needs the help of labor, equipment and technology for separation and classification. I believe that the current national in-depth implementation of "waste classification", our renewable resources enterprises in the recycling and classification of waste plastics will be of greater help.

The existing supply recovery channels, basically meet the current production needs of the company; we are also developing more resources and information to expand the company's greater business development.

New observation of waste Plastics: what areas can Reno's recycled plastic products be used in? Can you share one or two success stories?

Hong Lutian: after our professional pretreatment and production modification, the recycled materials can be deeply processed in a wide range of fields, such as electrical appliances, automobiles, building materials, chemical fiber, daily necessities, packaging and so on.

Reno's PC products have always been trusted by the majority of customers, the quality in the industry has been far ahead, is through the company's senior high-tech focus on research and development for many years. Its processing process: material recovery, manual sorting, grinding, cleaning, dehydration, air drying, color selection, modified products; layer by layer, after modification, part of the performance will be better than the new material, lampshade, lens, mobile phone shell, flame retardant and other high-end products.

New observation of waste plastics: Reno not only makes comprehensive use of waste plastics in China, but also actively goes abroad to open up the global market. Can you share the successful experience of investing in foreign countries?

Hong Lutian: first, due to the implementation of the ban on waste in mainland China, there is a big demand gap in the domestic plastic market. We have set up a number of processing bases in Hong Kong to import waste plastics from countries around the world, such as Europe, North and South America, and Japan. After importing to Hong Kong, the primary processed particles will be returned to mainland factories for further deep processing and modification, and the final products will flow to enterprises in many downstream fields. Second, do a good job of local recycling in Hong Kong, the waste plastics produced in Hong Kong will be recycled and reused, and the modified production will be returned to mainland China and exported to foreign countries. Third, under the influence of the Basel Convention, our company will focus on domestic recycling, and at the same time speed up the investigation and analysis of countries producing waste plastics in the world, which will further involve the recycling and treatment of waste plastics in other countries and regions. Strive to contribute to the cause of environmental protection in the world!

Circular economy advocates the development of economy on the basis of continuous recycling of materials, and devotes itself to building a closed circular economy development model of "resource production, consumption and renewable resources". Its essence is to take the ecological economy theory as the core, pursue the new economic development model of realizing economic development, social progress, resource saving and environmental protection. In the face of increasing environmental pressure and resource constraints, the traditional rigid development model of "resource products and waste" can no longer meet the needs of the society, and circular economy has become the optimal model to promote the sustainable development strategy of human society. The processing and utilization of waste plastics is an indispensable part of the development model of closed circular economy.
