New Century reported results for the third quarter of this year, showing that the company's zinc production rose sharply in the third quarter, up 28 per cent from the previous quarter. Among them, the output of zinc has reached 26171 tons, and the output of zinc concentrate has reached 53500 tons, with a grade of 49%.

SMM, Oct. 9: a few days ago, New Century released its third quarter results, data show that in the third quarter, the company's zinc production increased significantly, up 28% from the previous quarter.

In the second quarter of this year, the company produced 20450 tons of zinc and 42500 tons of zinc concentrate, with a grade of 48.1 percent.

The company said the sharp increase in zinc production in the third quarter was due to the company's adoption of cleaner production, which significantly increased zinc recovery and increased metal production. Among them, the performance was particularly obvious in September, when the output of zinc reached 10013 tons, and the average recovery rate was 52%.
