[SMM Aluminium Morning News] Shanghai Aluminium finally got a small rise at the beginning of the evening when it met with a long increase in positions and fell back to a higher level.

SMM, 9 October 2019:

Every other night, the 1912 contract of the Shanghai Aluminum Company opened at 13955 yuan / ton, and the cross star was recorded at the beginning of the session. At the beginning of the session, the price of aluminum rose by more than a thousand hands, but after all, the performance rushed up and down, rising 14020 yuan / ton and then hindered, difficult to continue to break through. After hovering for a short time, he turned his head and slid down, all the way below the EMA all the way. At the end of the night session, he recorded a low level of 13950 yuan / ton, and finally closed at 13960 yuan / ton, with a trading volume of 9160 to 26636 hands. At present, the inverted hanging situation of Shanghai aluminum has not changed, and the power below the main company is insufficient. It is expected to run between 13900-14100 yuan / ton today, and the rising water on the disk is expected to be between 20-60 yuan / ton.

Overnight aluminum opened at $1744 / ton, and maintained a narrow concussion during the Asian session, with a price difference of less than $10 / ton. After entering the European trading session, Lun aluminum first crept to a bottom of $1738 / ton, and then began to rise higher, slowly rising to a daily high of $1760 / ton. However, Lunlun aluminum was dispirited against the background of the recent rise in LME metal stocks, and the end of the European plate closed soft at $1744 / ton, recording a cross star. Located below the 20-day moving average, the daily MACD line rose, the KDJ green line shortened, and is expected to run between US $1730 and US $1760 per ton today.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
