China invested a total of 237.8 billion yuan in national power grid construction in the first eight months of 2019

SHANGHAI, Sep 25 (SMM) – China invested a total of 237.8 billion yuan in national power grid construction in the first eight months of the year, down 15.2% from the same period a year earlier, according to a report from the China Electricity Council released on Wednesday September 25.

For the same period, investment into the power generation projects of major power generation enterprises nationwide rose 5.2% year on year to 153.3 billion yuan.
