China Rubber Industry Association is a national social organization with independent legal personality formed by national rubber enterprises and institutions in accordance with the principle of voluntary and equality. It is a non-commercial organization regardless of region, department and ownership. The China Rubber Industry Association has 13 branches and professional committees, of which the Tire Branch is the largest.

The Tire Branch of China Rubber Industry Association was established in Shanghai in January 1985. There are more than 260 member units, mainly tire production enterprises, the rest are tire production related research institutes, rubber machinery manufacturing enterprises, raw and auxiliary materials production and distribution enterprises, and so on.

The tire branch has 73 governing units, the chairman unit is Shuangqian Group Co., Ltd., the vice chairman unit has Fengshen Tire Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Zhongze Rubber Co., Ltd., Triangle Group Co., Ltd. 28 enterprises. The tire output of tire member enterprises accounts for about 90% of the national tire output.

In accordance with the provisions of the articles of Association of China Rubber Industry Association, the Tire Branch takes serving its members as its purpose, gives full play to the role of bridge between the government and enterprises, and carries out all kinds of work under the leadership of the Association. Its main work has the following aspects.

1. To organize the collection and transmission of all kinds of scientific, technological and economic information at home and abroad, and publish the magazine "China Tire" on a regular basis; compile and compile statistics and exchange data on economic activities in the tire industry on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

4. Promote the development and application of new products, new processes, new technologies and new materials; promote technological innovation in enterprises, implement brand strategy, improve the overall technical level of the industry, and enhance the competitiveness of products.

5. To organize and carry out various technical and economic advisory services.

6. Cooperate with government departments to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the industry, participate in and organize the response to foreign anti-dumping investigations.
