At the "2019 China Wire and Cable Industry Conference" held by the Wire and Cable Branch of the China Electrical Industry Association and Shanghai Cable Research Institute Co., Ltd., Zhou Zhangyin, chief engineer of Hefei Shenma Technology Group Co., Ltd., said that at present, the world focuses on advanced manufacturing, and the United States takes advantage of the Internet to evolve into the future manufacturing industry. Germany is based on the manufacturing foundation, to the future of the Internet integration. China has also put forward the Manufacturing 2025 Plan, with intelligent manufacturing as the core, focusing on the development of strategic industrial technologies such as intelligent manufacturing equipment, new generation mobile communications, triple play, Internet of things, cloud computing and so on.

In line with the general trend of global development, Shenma Group has launched the scheme of intelligent factory to realize the transparency and digitization of the whole process. This includes the electrical control system of the production line and the full automation of the production line.

Among them, the electrical control system of the production line:

1. Through the addition of communication module, the production plan management system can communicate with PLC, and it is convenient for the production plan management system to read the data in PLC.

2. The production planning management system adopts and monitors the main process parameters and the running status of the equipment in the workshop field equipment production process.

3. The equipment data include: equipment general parameters, equipment status parameters, equipment energy consumption parameters, equipment maintenance parameters.

Under the guidance of intelligent manufacturing trend, the company also cited the intelligent logistics system between production line processes and production line material intelligent logistics system.
