






SMM8, July 7-the license for the Cinovec lithium tin mine project owned by: European Metals has been extended, and the Czech government has extended the license until December 31 next year.
Cinovec is the largest lithium deposit in Europe. It is estimated that the mineral resources are 372.4 million tons, the grade of lithium oxide is 0.45%, and the grade of tin is 0.4%. The inferred mineral resources are 323.5 million tons, the grade of lithium oxide is 0.39%, and the grade of tin is 0.04%.
About 400000 tons of ore have been mined from the project's underground mines.
In a statement, the company said the Czech Ministry of the Environment said in its extension decision that the license could be further extended if necessary. But at present, the company does not see the need for further extension.
