CITIC Pacific lowers silico-manganese purchasing prices in Aug tender

SHANGHAI, Aug 5 (SMM) – Chinese steelmaker CITIC Pacific Special Steel settled its purchasing prices for silico-manganese alloy at 7,850-7,860 yuan/mt in the latest tender for August, down 90-100 yuan/mt from prices for July, SMM learned on Monday August 5. 

Purchasing volume also shrank 1,600 mt from July, to stand at 2,400 mt.
