Since March, the lack of oxygen in Huangpu Port 553 # silicon has dropped by 1500 yuan / ton, or 13%, and the rest of the specifications have also dropped to varying degrees. Under the depressed market conditions, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Gansu and other producing areas have been converted to production, as detailed in the following table:
