Teck Resoureces copper production and sales are the same as last year in the first half of the year. QB2 expects full production in 2022.

Teck Resources produced 147000 tons of copper in the first half of the year, down 1.3 per cent from 149000 tons in the first half of last year. Copper sales were 151000 tons, the same as last year. Its Quebrada Blanca2 project, which has been completed 14 per cent, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021 and fully operational by 2022.

SMM7 26 -: Teck Resources yesterday released the company's second quarter results, announced the second quarter and the first half of this year's operating status of the company.

On the copper side, copper production was 77000 tons in the second quarter of this year, up slightly from a year earlier. Copper sales were also 77000 tons, roughly the same as the same period last year.

Copper production in the first half of the year was 147000 tons, down 1.3 per cent from 149000 tons in the first half of last year. Copper sales were 151000 tons, the same as last year.

Its Quebrada Blanca2 project, which has been completed 14 per cent, is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021 and fully operational by 2022.
