Xingyuan material: sign a guarantee agreement with Xinwanda to provide 1 billion square meters of lithium diaphragm in the next five years

On the evening of July 19, Xingyuan material (300568) announced that on the 19th, the company signed a "guaranteed supply Framework Agreement" with Xinwangda (300207) Xinwangda Huizhou Power on the procurement of lithium ion battery diaphragm products, the company promised to supply 1 billion square meters of lithium battery diaphragm to Xinwangda Huizhou Power between 2019 and 2023. The agreement is a framework agreement, does not involve specific transaction volume, and ensures that the supply is only a forecast.

SMM7 22 July news: July 19, Xingyuan material (300568) announced that the company 19 and Xinwangda (300207) all grandson company Xinwangda Huizhou Power, on the procurement of lithium-ion battery diaphragm products signed the "guaranteed supply Framework Agreement", the company promised in 2019 to 2023 agreement period, to ensure the supply of 1 billion square meters of lithium battery diaphragm to Xinwangda Huizhou Power. The agreement is a framework agreement, does not involve specific transaction volume, and ensures that the supply is only a forecast.

This Agreement is valid for a period of five years from June 6, 2019 to June 5, 2023. Within three months before the expiration of the agreement, the two sides may hold consultations on the renewal of the agreement.

Xingyuan material deep ploughing lithium-ion battery dry and wet diaphragm for many years, the products have been widely recognized by well-known customers at home and abroad, the market competitiveness advantage is obvious. The conclusion of this agreement will further highlight the company's dominant position in the field of lithium-ion battery diaphragm and play a positive role in the further promotion of the company's diaphragm products in the domestic and foreign markets.

From the announcement issued by Xingyuan material, in the past year, Xingyuan material has locked in a number of major customers, and the cooperation with Japan Murata, Fueneng Technology, Guoxuan High Technology, Bike Power, 100 million Weft Lithium Energy and other power battery enterprises are advancing in an orderly manner.

The construction of Xingyuan material Changzhou base has made steady progress, among which, Changzhou Xingyuan, a wholly owned subsidiary of Xingyuan material, is responsible for the implementation of the "wet diaphragm project for lithium-ion batteries with an annual output of 360 million square meters". Some of the production equipment has been installed and is in the stage of commissioning and trial operation, which is expected to be put into operation according to the plan. Jiangsu Xingyuan, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, is responsible for the construction of the lithium-ion battery dry process diaphragm centralized production, coating diaphragm centralized processing base "super coating factory" project, the first phase of the project plant infrastructure has been basically completed, some dry process production lines and coating production lines are being installed and debugged.

Xingyuan material 2019 production capacity gradually released, is expected to expand production capacity next year after all reached production, dry and wet production capacity totaled 1 billion square meters, enough to support the company's order demand.
