SMM7 month 8: Jianrui Woneng Co., Ltd., recently learned that Anhui Shucheng Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. and Sun Company Anhui Waterma New Energy Battery Co., Ltd. financial loan contract dispute case, Tongling Zhicheng Merchants Service Co., Ltd. and Sun Company Tongling Waterma Battery Co., Ltd. housing lease contract dispute case Shucheng County people's Court of Anhui Province and Tongguan District people's Court of Tongling City Anhui Province respectively made enforcement decisions. The land, plant and above-ground buildings under the name of Anhui Waterma New Energy Battery Co., Ltd., as well as the lithium iron phosphate power battery pack owned by Tongling Waterma Battery Co., Ltd., will be publicly auctioned at the Alibaba Judicial auction platform.

Evaluation: 157.4166 million yuan; starting price: 157.4166 million yuan; margin: 10 million yuan; price increase: 100000 yuan.

(3) object 3: Tongling Waterma Battery Co., Ltd. belongs to the lithium iron phosphate power battery pack, a total of 92 groups, the specification is 537.6V, 57Ah. Evaluation: 4154168 yuan; starting price: 3738751 yuan, margin: 300000 yuan, price increase: 10000 yuan (or its integral times).

Expected impact after auction

The land, plant and above-ground buildings under the name of Anhui Waterma New Energy Battery Co., Ltd., and 537.6V under the name of Tongling Waterma Battery Co., Ltd., the ownership of 92 sets of lithium iron phosphate power batteries in 57Ah will be transferred. If calculated according to the minimum starting price of the above targets, regardless of the costs arising from the transaction (including execution fees, disposal fees, transfer fees, etc.), it is expected to increase the current consolidated net profit of the company by 100.1309 million yuan.
