Expected impact after auction
The land, plant and above-ground buildings under the name of Anhui Waterma New Energy Battery Co., Ltd., and 537.6V under the name of Tongling Waterma Battery Co., Ltd., the ownership of 92 sets of lithium iron phosphate power batteries in 57Ah will be transferred. If calculated according to the minimum starting price of the above targets, regardless of the costs arising from the transaction (including execution fees, disposal fees, transfer fees, etc.), it is expected to increase the current consolidated net profit of the company by 100.1309 million yuan.
