The operating rate of SMM primary lead smelter in the three provinces was 55.9%, which was 2% higher than that in the same period; the operating rate of Henan primary smelter was 68.4%; the operating rate of Yunnan primary smelter was 42.3%, 2.8% higher than that of the same period; the operating rate of Hunan primary lead smelter was 43.4%, 4.9% higher than that of the same period.

SMM7, 5th July: according to the (SMM) survey of Shanghai Nonferrous Network, this week (July 1-July 5)

The main factors leading to the month-on-month increase in the opening rate of the three places this week are as follows: the refineries that were overhauled in July resumed production one after another, such as Shandong Hengbang, Hunan Jingui Silver Industry, Western Mining and other primary lead refineries, while Guangxi Hechi Southern and Hanzhong Zinc refineries temporarily postponed their recovery plans. According to SMM research, Guangxi Hechi South is expected to resume production around mid-July.
