Primary aluminium inventories shrink 23,000 mt on week

Stocks fell 23,000 mt from a week ago to stand at 1.028 million mt as of Jul 4

SHANGHAI, Jul 4 (SMM) – Social inventories of primary aluminium across eight consumption areas in China, including SHFE warrants, fell 23,000 mt from a week ago to stand at 1.028 million mt as of Thursday July 4, after a drop of 30,000 mt in the week ended June 27, showed SMM data.

Wuxi, Jiangsu – 335,000 mt

Shanghai – 207,000 mt

Nanhai, Guangdong – 231,000 mt

Gongyi, Henan – 107,000 mt

Hangzhou, Zhejiang – 63,000 mt

Tianjin – 53,000 mt

Linyi, Shandong – 10,000 mt

Chongqing –22,000 mt
