The operating rate of SMM primary lead smelter in the three provinces was 53.9%, 7.1% lower than that in the same period, 68.4% in Henan primary smelter, 13.9% in Yunnan primary smelter, 39.5% in Yunnan primary lead smelter, 38.5% in Hunan primary lead smelter and 38.5% in Hunan primary lead smelter.

The main factors leading to the month-on-month decline in the opening rate of the three places this week are as follows: Henan Yuguang and Henan Minshan refineries began to be overhauled, and at the same time, due to the local environmental protection inspection in Henan, the production of 30% crude lead in local enterprises was limited, but the electrolytic production line was not affected for the time being. At the same time, the south of Hechi, Guangxi plans to resume production next week. In addition, due to the continued downturn in lead prices, some refineries delayed the resumption of production to mid-late July, the specific recovery time, SMM will continue to track.

In terms of recycled lead, although the raw material price shows no sign of loosening, but because the downstream consumption is too weak, the primary price gap of regeneration is maintained at 150 yuan / ton, which is difficult to give strong support to the lead price.
