VI. Implementation steps

VII. Requirements for the operation and management of pilot units

The pilot unit that has obtained the collection license shall sign a acceptance contract with the qualified unit for the utilization of waste lead batteries and transfer it in a timely manner. Waste lead-acid batteries temporarily stored at collection outlets and centralized transfer points shall not exceed the maximum storage capacity and the longest storage time.
