In early June this year, Seville Solar Technology Group (hereinafter referred to as "Seville") launched a new generation of single crystal large-size series of products for the whole photovoltaic industry chain-the single crystal silicon wafer "Qingshan" series, the race single crystal cell "green water" series and the race single crystal module "blue sky" series. It is worth mentioning that, among them, the single crystal component "Blue Sky" series power output reached 400W +. According to he Liang, vice president of the Seville Institute of Technology, the larger 166 silicon wafer of the blue sky assembly means higher component power, which can effectively reduce the cost and promote the further reduction of the power cost.

SMM News: in early June this year, Seville Solar Technology Group (hereinafter referred to as "Seville") launched a new generation of single crystal large-size series products for the whole photovoltaic industry chain-the single crystal silicon wafer "Qingshan" series, the match single crystal cell "green water" series and the match single crystal module "blue sky" series.

On May 30 this year, the National Energy Administration officially announced the Circular on matters related to the Construction of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation projects in 2019, which clearly implements classified management, and projects requiring state subsidies are in principle allocated to competition. Priority will be given to the construction of projects with low subsidy intensity and strong slope retrogression.

The release of this new policy indicates that the photovoltaic industry has entered an era of unsubsidized bidding. In the era of no subsidy in bidding, photovoltaic enterprises will rely more on technological innovation, improve the efficiency of power generation, reduce the cost of electricity, in order to enhance their competitiveness in the market.

It is under this background and opportunity that some enterprises represented by Seville have launched ingot single crystal products which are different from the existing single polycrystal route in the market. It is reported that the ingot single crystal combines the advantages of ingot polycrystal and Czochralski single crystal. This is considered to be a combination of the advantages of the two technologies, including low cost, low energy consumption, high quality and high efficiency.

The reason why it is said that the advent of the era of non-subsidy in bidding is an opportunity for ingot single crystals to be pushed to the market. A voice in the industry believes that the conversion efficiency between ingot single crystal and P-type Czochralski single crystal is only 0.3% and the cost is lower, which makes the ingot single crystal have a higher performance-to-price ratio. However, before a long period of time, ingot single crystal technology has not been able to achieve a breakthrough in industrialization.

Saiwei is not only the "Whampoa military Academy" in the field of photovolt in China, but also the main enterprise in the first echelon of ingot single crystal technology research and development. According to the information published by the company, the company has a total of 217 authorized patents, including 109 invention patents, 106 utility model patents, 2 design patents, and 3 computer software copyrights. In the aspect of ingot single crystal, Seville recently issued 19 patents for core ingot single crystal with independent intellectual property rights, including a single crystal silicon ingot charging method, single crystal silicon ingot method, ingot furnace heat field and other patents.

"the release of 19 core ingot single crystal patents with independent intellectual property rights not only demonstrates Seville's leading level in the field of ingot single crystals, but also takes this opportunity to call on the industry to form a strong atmosphere of 'reverence for intellectual property rights, respect for intellectual property rights and protection of intellectual property rights'. This has led to the emergence of a number of technology hard-core enterprises such as Huawei in China to ensure the strategic highland of photovoltaic in China." Saiwei Group Chairman, President and CEO Gan Shengquan said.

Qian Yitai, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, professor of the China University of Science and Technology, and honorary director of the National Photovoltaic Engineering and Technology Research Center, said, "Seville's National Photovoltaic Engineering Technology Research Center has devoted itself to research and development in the field of polycrystals and single crystals for more than a decade, with a number of world-leading achievements and patents for independent innovation. Saiwei Company has completed the reorganization for more than a year, under the leadership of Chairman Gan Shengquan, it has done a lot of pioneering work in scientific and technological innovation and new product development. The company launched a new generation of single crystal products, with higher conversion efficiency, higher component power, will greatly promote the photovoltaic industry to the 'affordable Internet' process. The independent intellectual property rights of Saiyi single Crystal will provide a strong driving force for Seville's development. "
