China’s ferrochrome imports fall 19% in May

China imported 322,000 mt of ferrochrome in May, down 19.37% from Apr, but up 45.87% from May 2018

SHANGHAI, Jun 25 (SMM) – China imported 322,000 mt of ferrochrome in May, down 19.37% from April, but up 45.87% from May 2018, showed data from China Customs.

This raised imports in January-May by 34.66%, to 1.45 million mt, from the same period last year.
