In order to further implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on changing government functions and deepening the reform of "releasing management and service", our Ministry decided to abolish the Standard conditions for the Automobile Power Battery Industry from June 21, 2019 (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology notice No. 22 of 2015), and the first, second, third and fourth batch of enterprise catalogues that meet the standard conditions shall be abolished at the same time.
