SHANGHAI, Jun 25 (SMM) – Henan Yuguang Gold & Lead decided on Monday June 24 that it will put its lead smelting furnace under maintenance for 30 days, starting from June 25, SMM learned.
This is expected to impact production by 10,000 mt.
In the same province, lead smelter Henan Minshan began maintenance on Monday. This is expected to last for at least 30 days and affect production by some 9,000 mt.
Those maintenance works are estimated to lower primary lead production from the province by close to 20,000 mt in July.
