SMM6, 19 March: a few days ago, the Trade Relief investigation Bureau held a 2019 China-US 337 investigation technical seminar in Beijing. The meeting was attended by 100 representatives from some provincial and municipal commercial departments, relevant business associations, 337investigation-related domestic enterprises and relevant law firms, and focused on the changes of ITC entity and procedural rules, important precedents and their impact, the latest development and application of the 100-day quick adjudication procedure, and the cases of trade appearance or trademark infringement involving China in the 337investigation. Based on patent, trademark, copyright other than unfair trade behavior 337 cases and other issues for in-depth discussion and exchange.
