Daily crude steel output at CISA member mills dips 0.38% mid-May

Daily output averaged 2.038 million mt during May 11-20, down 0.38% from the first 10 days of the month

SHANGHAI, Jun 6 (SMM) – Daily output of crude steel across China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) member mills averaged 2.038 million mt during May 11-20, down 0.38% from the first 10 days of the month, according to the latest data on Thursday June 6.

Inventories of steel products across CISA member mills inched up 1.81% from May 10 and came in at 12.683 million mt as of May 20.
