SHANGHAI, Jun 4 (SMM) – State-owned mining company China Southern Rare Earth Group further raised the listed prices of some medium and heavy rare earth oxides from the previous release on May 27, according to a notice on the company's website on Monday June 3.
The adjustment raised the listed price of gadolinium oxide to 185,000 yuan/mt, up 8.8%, or 15,000 yuan/mt from the price set on May 27. Prices of terbium oxide increased 5.6%, or 200,000 yuan/mt, to stand at 3.8 million yuan/mt, and prices of erbium oxide rose by 9.4%, or 15,000 yuan/mt, posting 175,000 yuan/mt.
Prices of other medium and heavy rare earth oxides, such as dysprosium oxide and samarium oxide remained unchanged.
