The whole production process from feeding sorting, laser welding, PACK assembly to product downline is all carried by intelligent robot. At present, the production line has been fully automated from cell scanning to transcoding upload.

For the power battery PACK, the high standard production environment is the guarantee of product quality, and the quality is the most fundamental requirement of the downstream automobile enterprises. It is reported that Shiyan Mengshi Phase II put in a new cylindrical ultrasonic welding process automation module production line, the whole line planning is by Raptor science and technology combined with the long-term high-end power lithium battery manufacturing experience and domestic well-known automation equipment manufacturers joint research and development. However, the production line core equipment Shiyan lion is still all the use of imported equipment.
