At present, the production line has been fully automated from cell scanning to transcoding upload.

It is reported that Shiyan Mengshi Phase II put in a new cylindrical ultrasonic welding process automation module production line, the whole line planning is by Raptor science and technology combined with the long-term high-end power lithium battery manufacturing experience and domestic well-known automation equipment manufacturers joint research and development. However, the production line core equipment Shiyan lion is still all the use of imported equipment. In addition, Shiyan Mengshi also uses MES traceability system to monitor the key parameters and key processes from time to time, and control the whole line operation process from time to time, so as to ensure the product quality to the greatest extent.
The high degree of automation and digitization of the production line has not only greatly improved the product quality, but also refreshed the production efficiency. According to Shiyan Mengshi technical personnel, the second phase of the new production line compared with the mature first phase of the project, the degree of automation and production efficiency is higher, the second phase of formal mass production capacity will be five times that of the first phase.
