SMM Network News: Zhongfu Industry announced on the evening of March 1 in order to further optimize the power energy structure needed for the company's electrolytic aluminum production, reduce power consumption costs, reduce carbon emissions from thermal power generation, and realize green and clean production. The company plans to stop production of 250000 tons of electrolytic aluminum in Zhongfu Aluminum Industry and transfer to Guangyuan Economic Development Zone in Sichuan Province, where hydropower resources are enriched. The suspension of production will reduce the company's electrolytic aluminum production capacity by 250000 tons per year, accounting for about 1 / 3 of the company's electrolytic aluminum production capacity. The capacity transfer plan will relocate some of the production capacity of Zhongfu Aluminum Industry, that is, the electrolytic cell, aluminum bus, multi-function crane, casting, assembly and other supporting equipment involved in 250000 tons / year electrolytic aluminum. Therefore, the provision for impairment of real estate and other equipment that cannot be relocated and utilized is expected to reach 300 million yuan to 400 million yuan, affecting the company's net profit attributable to the parent company reduced by 150 million yuan to 200 million yuan.
