Dear customers:

We intend to make an open bid for the sale of Mongolian lead concentrate (bidding number: GKJJ19SM-001) and sincerely invite you to come and participate. Details of the bid are as follows:

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of the project is China Railway Resources Group Trading Co., Ltd.

2. Bidding content

The lead concentrate is about 1400 wet tons / month, with a lead content of about 55% to 65%. The final allocation is determined by the seller on the basis of the bidding results.

3. Delivery time

April 2019-March 2020

4. Qualification requirements of bidders

4.1 the license is complete and has the status of an independent legal person of the enterprise.

4.2 shall have good bank credit and commercial reputation, shall not be in a state of ordered suspension, asset reorganization or bankruptcy, and the property has not been taken over or frozen.

4.3 there is no problem of deceptive winning the bid or serious breach of contract in the relevant bidding or bidding, bidding and performance of the contract.

4.4 A bidder shall have one of the following abilities:

4.4.1 smelting and processing capacity of lead concentrate, with its own processing site and related equipment;

4.4.2 long-term engaged in lead concentrate trade, has a good cooperative relationship with smelting and processing enterprises, has sufficient economic strength, the trade turnover of similar products in the past three years is not less than 100 million yuan / year.

5. Notes on bidding Application

Bidders are required to send by email by 16:00 on 20 February 2019 the enclosed letter of Application for Public bidding (see attachment, be sure to sign and affix the company's official seal) to the sponsor's contact mailbox (color scan).

The bidding will receive a sincere bidding gold of RMB 100000 yuan. The bidder who fails to bid and the bidding success will return the sincere gold within 5 working days after the final list is determined. If the bidder does not sign the contract after the bidding is successful, the sincere gold will be deducted. In order to facilitate the bidder to participate in the bidding in a timely manner, the bidder must remit the money to the following account and note the bidding sincerity and the name of the company before 16:00 on February 20, 2019.

After the sponsor receives the reply of the bidder's "letter of Application for Public bidding" and the sincere payment of the bid within the specified time, the bidder signs up successfully.
