Auryn Resources announced today that an important copper oxide belt with a 1.2km strike length and 500m width has been discovered in the Milpoc scenic spot. Rock samples collected in the Milpoc exploration area return copper oxide mineralization grades between 0.1 and 8.45 per cent and silver mineralization grades between 0.06g / t and 101g / t, the miner said in a press release.

Michael Henrixson, chief executive and chief geologist of Olin, said in a media briefing, "the high level of copper oxide and silver mineralization in Milpoc represents a new opportunity. That is, an additional intrusion center that may be related to skarn and porphyry mineralization has been found. " He added: "our technical team continues to find new types of mineralization in different strata, and we believe that these types of mineralization show that this emerging area is very rich in mineral resources." In Olin's view, the copper-gold skarn mineralization in Sombrero is geologically similar to the Tintaya (Tintaya) mine in Glencore (Glencore) and the Las Bonbus (Las Bambas) mine in MMG.
