SMM12 26: December 26 at 10:00, China Minmetals Hunan Nonferrous Copper, lead and Zinc Industry Base Hunan Zhuye Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. to achieve a successful feeding. It is understood that the copper, lead and zinc industry base has been demonstrated in detail in the early stage, and the process has been optimized and innovated. The first phase of the zinc project Hunan Zhuye Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. uses the world's largest 152 boiling roaster, the world's largest single series of 300000 tons of leaching and OTC solution deep purification system, the industry's largest oxygen-rich volatile rotary kiln and other large facilities. The use of leading industry indium direct extraction technology, intelligent manufacturing, heavy metal industrial wastewater treatment zero discharge technology.

The project focuses on the needs of the people's livelihood. According to the idea of "returning the city to the park," after implementation, the Xiangjiang River Basin can reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by more than 15000 tons per year, and key prevention and control elements (lead, arsenic, cadmium, Hg) can be reduced by 1.5 times. Thoroughly avoid the risk of water pollution in Xiangjiang River and solve the environmental problems left over from the history of lead and zinc smelting in Shuikou Mountain.

According to reports, the new 300000 tons of zinc smelting project in the first phase is the first zinc smelting project in China to build a one-time production capacity of 300000 tons. It will realize the orderly withdrawal and acceptance of the Qingshuitang smelting business of Zhuzhou Metallurgical Group. After it is completed and put into production by the end of 2018, The copper, lead and zinc industrial base will also be implemented in two phases: upgrading and upgrading the existing 100000 tons of electric lead and rare and expensive comprehensive recovery system in Shuikoushan, on the basis of the existing Minmetals Copper (Hunan) Co., Ltd.'s first phase annual output of 100000 tons of copper project, Timely expansion of 200000 tons of copper smelting project.

It is understood that on November 29, 2017, the copper, lead and zinc industrial base of Minmetals Nonferrous Metals holding Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Minmetals Group, officially started construction in Shuikoushan Circular economy Industrial Park, Changning City, Hengyang City, Hunan Province. The base plans to invest more than 10 billion yuan to form a production capacity of "300000 tons of copper + 300000 tons of zinc + 100000 tons of lead" as a whole. This is the concrete embodiment of China Minmetals' strategic mission of "ensuring the security of national mineral resources and leading industrial transformation and upgrading", and it is also a typical case of national supply-side reform and transformation and upgrading of non-ferrous smelting industry.

Through the copper, lead and zinc industrial base project, Minmetals Nonferrous Holdings will effectively integrate production capacity, appropriately reduce the existing lead and zinc production capacity, and enhance the scale of copper processing; Make full use of Zhuzhou smelter zinc smelting, Shuikoushan lead smelting technology, brand, talent, market and other comparative advantages to achieve the purpose of quantity reduction and quality increase. After the base is fully put into production, it is estimated that the annual output value will reach 22.6 billion yuan and the profit and tax will reach 1.5 billion yuan, making it the "first in China and the first class in the world" copper, lead and zinc smelting demonstration base.
