The first China International Import Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Import Expo") will be held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center from November 5 to 10.

SMM steel analysis believes that the news has been confirmed by the Shanghai site, the lower reaches of Shanghai demand is expected to be limited. It is understood that only the Shanghai area has received the relevant notification, whether the restricted area will be expanded is still unknown. At the same time, according to the understanding of SMM Iron and Steel, the probability of steel mills around Shanghai will also be limited at the same time, and it is expected that in the later period, there may be a double limit between supply and demand, and SMM Steel will continue to track and investigate.
