SMM8, 22 March: in recent years, the demand for aluminum in various industries in China has increased year by year, and the supply of aluminum production has also increased year by year, while the domestic aluminum industry market is facing severe crises and challenges with the continuous increase of raw aluminum production costs. Therefore, the development of recycled aluminum industry has undoubtedly become an inevitable trend, can solve the crisis of the development of aluminum industry, more in line with the needs of sustainable development of our country.

In addition, since 2017, the supply-side reform of China's electrolytic aluminum industry has deepened, and US trade protectionism has risen in 2018, accompanied by macro and micro policy changes such as environmental protection upgrading and industrial structure adjustment, and under the conditions of complex economic environment. China's aluminum processing industry is facing a new shift cycle.

At a critical moment in the transformation and upgrading of the industry, SMM will hold the "2018 China Aluminum processing Industry chain supply and demand Trading Summit" in early December in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. A number of enterprises and experts in the aluminum processing industry chain gathered in Guangzhou to seek new ideas for the upgrading of the aluminum processing industry and enhance the overall market competitiveness of China's aluminum processing industry.

At the summit, Baoding Dongan Changfa Aluminum Co., Ltd. will name and support the dinner link of the "2018 China Aluminum processing Industry chain supply and demand Trading Summit."

Baoding Dongan Changfa Aluminum Industry is a professional engaged in waste aluminum and aluminum waste recovery, sorting and smelting casting, sales in one of the group enterprises. Founded in 2005, after many years of dedicated operation, the company has become the largest recycled alloy aluminum production base in North China, and successfully listed in Shanghai Equity Trust Trading Center in November 2015.

In order to respond to the national industrial policy and meet the needs of the market, Changfa Group has set up its own production base and industrial park in Tuoketuo County and Baotou in Inner Mongolia.

In addition, in order to take full advantage of the regional advantages and give full play to the brand value and scale effect of the enterprise, Changfa Group plans to invest 150 million to establish its own aluminum industrial park-Mongolian Aluminum Metal Industrial Park in Tuoketuo County heavy Industry Park. It is planned to build 150000 tons of recycled alloy aluminum smelting casting, as well as the annual production scale of 100000 tons of liquid aluminum casting provided by Datang.

Based on this, through the investment promotion mode in the industrial chain upstream and downstream extension, the establishment of waste aluminum recycling, recycled aluminum smelting, casting, aluminum product processing as one of the industrial park.

Changfa Group conducted a market analysis of the project, respectively from the prospects, policy support and regional advantages.

First of all, according to authoritative statistics, after 2012, the amount of waste aluminum in China will increase at an annual rate of 15 to 20 percent. By 2015, the amount of waste aluminum will reach 2.3 million tons, and by 2020 it will reach 6 million tons. There is great potential for waste aluminum recovery in China. The prospects are very broad.

Secondly, according to the distribution of waste non-ferrous metal resources and processing parks in China, the state is also based on the existing backbone enterprises as the basis of overall planning to further optimize the layout of recycled non-ferrous metal industry. The key is that the security Dongan Changfa Aluminum Co., Ltd. annual production capacity of 100000 tons of recycled aluminum project has been completed and put into production.

Finally, the advantage of developing recycled aluminum industry in Inner Mongolia is obvious. On the one hand, because of its superior geographical location, Inner Mongolia can well undertake the transfer of recycled aluminum industry, on the other hand, with the transfer of a large number of manufacturing industries to Inner Mongolia, the alloy aluminum development advantage as its supporting downstream industry is obvious. Many investors have stepped up their efforts to invest in the recycled aluminum industry in Inner Mongolia.

The completion of the park provides a perfect infrastructure and a good industrial ecological environment for the entry of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, and greatly reduces the construction investment, entrepreneurial cost and entrepreneurial risk of new enterprises. The completion of the park is bound to become the best choice for enterprises in the recycled aluminum industry to enter the business. Changfa Group has now begun the "Mongolian Aluminum Metal Industry Park" investment work, welcome the national peer enterprises and people of insight to start a business and seek common development together in the park.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
