In the course of compiling the "measures for Management," we organized experts from relevant research institutions, associations, and other units to conduct extensive investigation into enterprises such as automobile production, battery production, and comprehensive utilization, and to investigate the existing situation of the recycling of power batteries in China. The management system, mode and technical progress of power battery recycling in foreign countries have been systematically and deeply studied. On this basis, the first draft of the "Management measures" has been completed, and the views of all parties have been revised and perfected many times. at the same time, the work of informing the World Trade Organization (WTO/TBT) has been completed.
