Reform and opening up, which began in 1979, awakened hundreds of millions of farmers who depended on heaven for their livelihood.

Yang Chunming, the factory director, a 25-year-old farmer at the time, and his two younger brothers followed their father, who had smelted in the 1960s, to Jinan, a spring city, and began picking scrap copper blocks from garbage dumps to help others smelt.

A few months of exile made Yang Chunming understand that if he wants to get rid of poverty and realize his own value in life, he must find a way to get rich for himself. He began to set up a comprehensive factory in the village with the hard-earned money earned from Jinan, extracting copper, iron and lead from the waste. In order to get rid of waste, the farmer, who had not walked alone in 25 years, began to travel on 9.6 million square kilometers of land in China.

Under the baptism of China's reform and opening up tide, Yang Chunming, with the unique intelligence of Chinese farmers, introduced new technologies into village-run factories to get rich, and industrialized the mountains of waste non-ferrous metals and turned them into waste treasures. In order to solve the demand for non-ferrous metals in the construction and development of the four modernizations of the country.

How easy is it for a empty-handed farmer to set up a large alloy factory? Capital, space, technology, raw materials and marketing are all difficult problems.

On July 1, 1984, a non-ferrous metal alloy factory was formally established. on January 19, 1985, shortly after the reuse of materials from the Ministry of Materials and Resources, a small reflector with a daily output of 15 tons was erected, and a smelter for the recovery of waste lead began. He found the institute and was supported by an old engineer, so he set up a research group to carry out painstaking design research. after more than a year of experiments, he developed a new oxidation-alkaline refining process, which was born in this factory.

This new technology of non-pollution smelting waste lead-acid battery with Chinese characteristics has opened up a new way for the industrial treatment of waste lead-acid battery in China and filled in the domestic blank. More than 20 kinds of new products, such as low antimony alloy lead and lead-calcium alloy, produced by this process, completely changed the situation that the domestic battery industry introduced foreign production lines at that time, and the production raw materials must be introduced at the same time.

After appraisal by the relevant departments of the state, the quality of the product has reached the national standard of lead No. 2, and the qualified rate and excellent and good rate have reached 100%. The refined lead produced was appraised as an excellent product at the municipal level on July 6, 1987, and as an excellent product at the provincial level in 1989. In 1990, it passed the Ministry's acceptance, another major product, cable sheath, alloy lead, in 1989, it passed the provincial new product appraisal, and won the provincial excellent new product Taurus prize. this process has been declared national patent and the development of ten processes. It opens up a broad prospect for the lead regeneration industry in China and fills in a gap in the domestic regenerated lead smelting technology.

The alloy factory was put into operation in September 1985. the output value of that year reached 270000 yuan, and the profit reached 60, 000 yuan. in 1986, the output value reached 2.6 million yuan, and the profit was 130000 yuan. in 1987, the output value was 8 million yuan, the profit was 500000 yuan, in 1988, the output value was 20 million yuan, and the profit was 1.87 million yuan. In 1989, despite the weak market and output value still reached 18.01 million yuan, profits and taxes 980000 yuan, 1989 was twice named as a star enterprise by the people's Government of Jiangsu Province.

In the development of Xuzhou Nonferrous Alloy Factory at that time, the two most impressive points, one is the importance of business information, the other is the importance of talent.

No. 2 refined lead not only sells well in China, but also exports to five countries and regions.

However, with the continuous intensification of market competition, enterprises rely on a single product first, and it is difficult to meet the needs of market competition and the development of enterprises. they grasp the idea of production and management on the one hand in line with the idea that people have no self, people have me new, and people change themselves. Grasp the development of new products on the one hand, both seize the opportunity of booming business in the non-ferrous market in 1988 to focus on looking for new products. Then I learned that the raw material cable sheath alloy lead needed by many cable factories sold well, and decided to make use of their own advanced technological advantages to try out a new product, cable sheath alloy lead, which received excellent benefits after it was put on the market.

At the same time, at that time, Xuzhou Nonferrous Metals Factory implemented three kinds of economic contract responsibility system. the department personnel adopted floating wages, extracted from the total salary, and 30 percent of them were used as floating wages, according to attendance and the completion of the tasks. The technical workshop workers adopt tonnage contract and material consumption responsibility system, from the workshop to the team, from the team to the individual, layer by layer contract and contract fulfillment, the implementation of tonnage wage content for salesmen, greatly improving the enthusiasm of the staff and workers.

Moreover, they also strictly control quality in total quality management, implement the quality veto system, establish a TQC office, headed by a deputy director, and hold regular activities to establish a complete quality assurance system. Seven high school graduates were selected to train at the Provincial Institute of Metallurgy and Metallurgy to study quality chemical analysis and to enrich them into the laboratory with graduate undergraduates majoring in chemical analysis and nonferrous smelting.

1997 "Xuzhou Nonferrous Alloy Factory" was transformed into a limited liability company and renamed "Jiangsu Chunxing Alloy (Group) Co., Ltd."

2009 the company introduced new investors, improved the company's shareholder structure, and in April changed the name of the company from "Jiangsu Chunxing Shengke Alloy Co., Ltd." to "Jiangsu Xinchun Xing Renewable Resources Co., Ltd." as we are familiar with today.

While striving to make enterprises bigger and stronger, Yang Chunming has also devoted his main energy to promoting the standardization of the renewable lead industry, constantly improving the comprehensive utilization rate of resources and the level of energy conservation and environmental protection through scientific and technological innovation, and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industry.

He has led the formulation of a number of national and industry standards, undertaken a series of major national technical transformation projects, and independently developed a series of new processes and equipment that are more advanced and more suited to the new requirements of environmental protection.

In 2005, Jiangsu Chunxing Alloy Group Co., Ltd., led by Yang Chunming, was listed as the first batch of circular economy pilot units in China by six ministries and commissions, such as the National Development and Reform Commission, the Environmental Protection Administration, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Commerce and the Bureau of Statistics.

In 2008, the enterprise was identified as the national recycling economy renewable lead standardization pilot unit; in 2010, the enterprise was identified by the State Ministry of Environmental Protection as a demonstration project of new technologies for industrial pollution prevention and control;

In 2011, the recycled lead accumulation area of Pizhou Circular economy Industrial Park, with the company as the main body of investment, was listed as the national "urban mineral" demonstration base;

In 2012, the demonstration base was listed as a key project of the national "Twelfth five-year Plan" hazardous waste pollution prevention and control plan by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Health and other four ministries and commissions. The company passed the environmental protection verification of the Ministry of Environmental Protection in December 2013;

In 2014, the company took the lead in passing the announcement of "access conditions for recycled lead Industry" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

At present, the enterprise has reached the annual recovery of waste lead-acid batteries and other lead-containing waste 850000 tons, annual production of lead and lead alloy 500000 tons.
