Latin Resources Announces completion of International Labour Organization Ilo Copper Project

SMM7 20: today, Latin Resources Co., Ltd. Latin Resources Limited announced that Westminster Resources Ltd. Westminster Resources Ltd. The merger of the Peruvian subsidiary has been completed and the process of transferring the Peruvian copper project from Latin Resources has now begun. The deal is understood to have been officially announced on September 6, 2017.

These projects include an exploration licence of 36225 hectares, which includes iron oxide copper gold (IOCG) and porphyry copper deposits near the ILO port of (Ilo) in southern Peru, which accounts for half of Peru's copper production. Of these, two projects, Ilo Norte and Ilo Este, were considered to be of great exploration value; in addition, four other projects at an early stage were also considered to be of great potential through historical geographical surveys and sampling.
