Nanshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. plans to set up Joint Venture with Foreign Enterprises

SMM7, July 19: Nanshan Aluminum issued a notice that: Nanshan Aluminum intends to set up a joint venture with foreign-funded enterprise FIGEAC AERO. Shandong Nanshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Company") wholly owned subsidiary Longkou Nanshan Aeronautical parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanshan Aeronautical parts") intends to set up jointly with FIGEAC AERO "Nanshan Feizhuo Aerospace Industry Co., Ltd." (tentatively named, Finally, according to the name approved and approved by the relevant state departments, hereinafter referred to as the "joint venture company"), mainly engaged in aviation parts machining, assembly, surface treatment and other business, registered capital of 20 million US dollars, Of these, Nanshan Aviation spare parts are intended to contribute US $10 million in cash, accounting for 50 per cent of the registered capital, and FIGEAC AERO intends to contribute US $10 million in its own capital, accounting for 50 per cent of the registered capital.
