SMM News: Xiamen Tungsten Industry issued an announcement on May 10, 2018, saying: the company and China Tungsten High-tech signed an agreement in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province on May 10, 2018, the two sides will cooperate in tungsten resources development, smelting, powder and deep processing.

Both China Tungsten High-tech and Xiamen Tungsten Industry are large backbone enterprises of China's tungsten industry, shouldering the important tasks of industrial development and promoting industrial upgrading. their respective industrial development should not only meet the needs of the national strategy and society, but also promote each other. The two sides agreed to hold regular strategic dialogues to reach strategic mutual trust.

2. trade exchanges between ownership enterprises

Each give full play to manufacturing and service capabilities, to achieve complementary capacity, industrial coordination. Encourage subordinate enterprises to establish a long-term and stable upstream and downstream supply and demand relationship, including, but not limited to: tungsten concentrate, ammonium paratungstate, tungsten oxide, tungsten powder, tungsten carbide, all kinds of cemented carbide products, knife body and other commodities; Encourage upstream and downstream enterprises to establish long-term and stable trade relations.

3. management and information technology exchange

Encourage management exchanges between subordinate companies and provide management advisory and training services to each other; encourage information technology exchanges among subordinate companies and provide information technology services to each other.

4. industrial technology exchange and cooperation

Open to each other the State key Laboratory of cemented Carbide and the Tungsten Materials Engineering and Technology Research Center, and encourage technical exchanges among subordinate companies, between the National Tungsten Materials Engineering and Technology Center, and between the National cemented Carbide key Laboratory, Improve the technical level of the two sides, promote the technical progress of the industry; We will jointly formulate technical standards, improve the technical standards of the industry, jointly carry out forward-looking, basic and public technical research, and set up joint research groups.
