Rusal's exports fell 70 per cent from a month earlier

SMM5, July 7: Rusal was hit by U. S. sanctions last month, with aluminum exports down 70 percent in April 2018 from March, according to a Russian railway data report. Exports fell 68 per cent from a year earlier, but shipments to Russia rose 25 per cent last month compared with the previous month. Rusal's alumina imports rose 5 per cent in April from a year earlier, compared with March.
