Sales of heavy trucks in Feb unexpectedly gain YoY

SHANGHAI, Mar 1 (SMM) – Sales of heavy trucks in China unexpectedly increased 0.23% on a yearly basis in February, despite a drop of 24% from January, showed industry data on Friday March 1.

Industry data provider cvworld. cn reported that heavy truck sales in February registered 75,000 units, the second highest level among February’s sales in 2014-2019. 

This compared with sales of 86,400 units in February 2017.
