DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Feb 20 (SMM) – Some silicon producers held back from selling low-quality cargoes on Wednesday as raw material issues lowered output of silicon #500 series that undertook oxygen refining at some northern plants.
