SHANGHAI, Feb 14 (SMM) – Stocks of 6063 aluminium billet across five major consumption areas in China continued to expand this week before downstream consumers fully returned from holiday.
As of Thursday February 14, inventories grew some 12,600 mt from Monday February 11 to stand at 169,300 mt, SMM data showed. This followed after the stocks grew some 22,500 mt over the week ended Thursday January 31.
Details:
Foshan, Guangdong – 88,100 mt
Wuxi, Jiangsu – 26,400 mt
Changzhou, Jiangsu – 21,000 mt
Huzhou, Zhejiang – 11,800 mt
Nanchang, Jiangxi – 22,000 mt
