Daily crude steel output at CISA member mills falls in mid-Jan

Daily output averaged 1.81 million mt during Jan 11-20, down 2.02% from Jan 1-10

SHANGHAI, Jan 31 (SMM) – Daily output of crude steel across China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) member mills averaged 1.81 million mt during January 11-20, down 2.02% from January 1-10, according to an official release of the data on Thursday January 31.

As of January 20, inventories of steel products across CISA member mills expanded 6.49%, or 731,100 mt, from January 10 and came in at 12 million mt.
