SHANGHAI, Jan 3 (SMM) – Dezhou city in China's northern province of Shandong ordered a full suspension of construction in the city from January 11, according to a notice issued by the Dezhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on Thursday January 3.
Frequent warnings about pollution and severe weather in winter threatened workplace safety and lowered operating rates. This pushed local authorities to issue the notice.
