Power grid investments decline 3.2% in Jan-Nov

China invested 451.1 billion yuan in power grid projects in Jan-Nov

SHANGHAI, Dec 24 (SMM) – China invested 451.1 billion yuan in power grid projects in January-November, according to latest data from the China Electricity Council.

This brought the year-over-year decline to 3.2%, much smaller than a 7.6% drop in January-October.

Data published by China’s National Energy Administration on Thursday showed that 59.6 billion yuan was invested in power generation projects in China in the first three months of 2020, up 30.9% from the same period last year.
